I spent my afternoon out photographing with my seven year old daughter Lauren.   We went out to one of our favourite places near where we live, McCook Beach.  The bluffs at McCook Beach overlook where Niantic Bay  meets Long Island Sound and the Atlantic Ocean, and the view is always nice.  This is the first time Lauren felt comfortable enough to climb out on the rocks (don't worry I kept a close hand on her so she wasn't going anywhere) and shoot from a high, unsecured, vantage point.

I think Lauren did a fantastic job shooting today.

I think Lauren's shooting today left me in the dust.   I love how she sees the world through her lens (and it legitimately is her lens, it belongs to her).
